The following are the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") for the online store "KAMODEL" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and the services provided by the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

Chapter1 General Provisions
Article1 Scope and Modification of the Terms
1. The Terms shall apply to all users of the Site with respect to the use of the Services.
2. The Terms may be amended in whole or in part without the prior consent of the user by publication on the Site or by notification by email or other means deemed appropriate by the Site.
3. In the event of any modification of the Terms, the User shall comply only with the modified Terms.

Article2 Use of Service
Users may use the Services in accordance with the Terms and the notation based the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions on the Site.

Article3 Use of Personal Information
1. The Site shall collect or use personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. and transaction information only to the extent necessary for operations related to the Services such as product delivery, notices related to the Services, response to inquiries, etc.
2. Personal information of the user obtained in connection with the use of the Services shall be handled in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately stipulated by the Site.
3. The user agrees in advance that the information stipulated in Paragraph 1 may be disclosed and shared with the Site's business partners who have entered into a confidentiality agreement with the Site that includes personal information.

Article4 Intellectual Property Rights
1. All intellectual property rights of the contents provided through the Services shall belong to the Site or the third party who has granted a license to the Site, and the permission to use the Services based on the Terms does not mean a license to use the Site's intellectual property rights.
2. In the event that any act prohibited by domestic or foreign copyright laws or other laws, such as unauthorized duplication, unauthorized reproduction, or other unauthorized secondary use of the contents of the Site for any purpose is discovered, legal action may be taken immediately.

Article5 Prohibited Matters
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts. In the unlikely event that a user violates this prohibition and causes damage to the Site or a third party, said user shall be held responsible for compensating for all such damage.
(1) Actions that cause or may cause annoyance, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties other than other users, or the Site.
(2) Actions that violate the copyrights or other intellectual property rights such as portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of other users, third parties other than other users, or the Site.
(3) Uses the Services for commercial purposes.
(4) Offends public order and morals or violates other laws and regulations.
(5) Registering information that contains false or misleading content.
(6) Any act that uses or utilizes content without the permission of the Site.
(7) Collecting, storing, or saving the personal information of other users.
(8) Misuse of the Services to obtain membership privileges by dishonest or unjust methods.
(9) Purchase of products by impersonating a third party.
(10) Placing an order that does not objectively appear to be an order, returning or exchanging purchased products without a reasonable reason, or refusing to receive the purchased products. 
(11) Any other acts that the Site deems inappropriate.

Article6 Disclaimer
1. The Site shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or disadvantage incurred directly or indirectly by users, even if the Services are temporarily suspended, discontinued, or changed in the following cases.
(1) When the Services cannot be provided or operated due to natural disasters such as earthquake, lightning, fire, flood, heavy snowfall, etc., war, riot, civil strife, epidemic, strike or other labor disputes, accidents of transportation or delivery companies, communication failure, or other force majeure.
(2) When the provision or operation of the Services becomes difficult due to the inspection, maintenance, repair, etc. of facilities related to the Services on a regular or urgent basis.
(3) When the provision or operation of the Services becomes difficult due to sabotage by a third party, excessive strain on the network, system, telephone lines, etc., or other unavoidable reasons.
(4) In the event of any other reasons that make it necessary to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the Services.
2. The Site shall fulfill its obligations and be exempt from liability by processing the affairs of the user in accordance with the user's registration details.
3. Any links from the Site shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by such linked sites, and the Site shall not be liable for the content of such linked sites.
4. If a user causes any damage to another user or third party by using the Services, the user shall resolve the issue at the user's own responsibility and expense, and the Site shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or loss incurred by the user.
5. In the event that the Site is held liable, the Site's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Site.

Chapter2 Online Store
Article7 Purchase of Products
1. Users may purchase products through the Site.
2. If the user wishes to purchase a product or other item, the user shall apply for the purchase of the product in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Site.
3. A purchase agreement for the product concerned shall be concluded between the user and the Site at the time the Site sends an e-mail to the user confirming the application described in the preceding paragraph.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event of fraudulent or inappropriate use of the Site, the Site may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.

Article8 Payment Method
1. The amount paid for the product shall be the total of the purchase price including consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Payment by credit card is subject to the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between the user and the credit card company. In the event of any dispute between the user and the credit card company, etc., the dispute shall be resolved between the parties concerned, and the Site shall assume no responsibility whatsoever.
3. Payment methods and other matters related to payment shall be as stated in the Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, which is separately stipulated.

Chapter3 Miscellaneous
Article10 Separate Consultation
If any matter is not stipulated in the Terms or any question arises regarding the interpretation of the Terms, etc., he matter shall be resolved through mutual consultation between the Site operator and the user in good faith.

Article11 Court of Jurisdiction
In the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary in relation to the use of the Services, the Kyoto Summary Court or Kyoto District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.

Supplementary Provisions
The Terms shall be revised and enforced as of April 1, 2022.
