Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form within 3 weeks of receiving the item and return it to the shipping address.

In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping and refund transfer fee.
Please note that we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances.
Products that have been used, washed, or cleaned, products that have a "No Returns" statement on the product page.

In the case of our convenience, we will exchange or refund.
Please note that we may ask you to send us a photo of the product you received before sending it back.

Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges except in cases of our own convenience, such as when a defective product is received or an item that is different from the one ordered is received. We will check and inspect the returned items, and as soon as we confirm that there is no problem, we will proceed with the dispatch of the replacement product.

Refund Policy
We will check and inspect the returned items, and as soon as we confirm that there is no problem, we will refund your money according to the payment method used for your order.
Once the refund process is complete, you will receive a "Refund notification" e-mail.
