Women's Body Dimensions
Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground for all horizontal measurements. If your measurements are in-between sizes, it is recommended that you order the size above.
A. Chest circumference
Place the end of the tape measure on the thickest part of the chest and circle around to the back area (under the armpits and behind the shoulder blades).
B. Waist
Circle the tape measure at the narrowest part of the waist.
C. Hips
Once the end of the tape measure is placed at the waist, circle it at the largest part of the waist.

Physical dimensions for Kids and Youth

A. Height
Have them stand on the floor with their backs to a flat wall. Place both feet together and arms at the sides of the body so that the entire back is in contact with the wall behind you. Make a mark at the top of the head and measure the distance between the mark and the floor.
B. Chest circumference
Place one end of the tape measure on the thickest part of the chest and extend the tape measure along the back (under the armpits, above the shoulder blades) to the starting point.
C. Waist
Circle the tape measure at the narrowest part of the waist.
D. Hips
Once the end of the tape measure is placed at the waist, circle it at the largest part of the waist.
