Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are sorry, but gift wrapping is not available since the products are made to order and shipped overseas.

Why is it made-to-order?

KAMODEL produces only what is needed in order to avoid as much as possible the depletion of resources due to mass production in order to solve environmental problems.

What are the shipping and customs charges?

Do I have to register my shipping address in English?

If you register in a language other than English, the delivery address management system may garble the characters, which may result in your package not being delivered to you. In the unlikely event that you have registered in a language other than English, you can check the tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail to see if there are any garbled characters in the shipping address shown on the shipping details. If there is an error in the shipping address due to garbled characters, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number in the completed shipment email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As a rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been completed, as all products are made-to-order and are manufactured as soon as the order is received.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but once you receive your order, please refer to our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds page to complete the return procedure for a refund. After that, please place another order for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

Sorry, delivery date and time cannot be specified.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are manufactured in 2 to 7 business days, and shipping time varies depending on product availability and shipping destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to your registered email address, where you can check the estimated delivery date using the tracking number.

If your shipping company is 17TRACK, you can check the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on this page.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is complete?

If it is before the product has been shipped, please use the Contact Us Form. Please provide us with your new shipping address and order number.

If your order has been shipped by the time we confirm your inquiry, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number in the completed shipping e-mail.
